Whippany, NJ, July 17, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Dr. Linda Travis, an expert in the field of dementia care education, will present “Effective and Caring Ways to Engage with and Provide Comfort to People with Dementia” on Monday, August 21 at 6:30 p.m. at the Lester Senior Housing Community in Whippany. This seminar is for anyone who has a loved one suffering from a dementia-related diagnosis and is seeking helpful information on ways to overcome the interpersonal challenges dementia presents to individuals and their families and friends. Travis is the lead educator at Comfort Matters®, a nationally recognized best practices accreditation process for memory care providers.
