AtWork Systems prepares for its second launch that will demonstrate the adaptability of its innovative business platform at the upcoming DC Startup week in Greater Washington, DC. The event is the region’s largest community-driven, entrepreneur-focused event. AtWork’s August soft launch of a government compliance-based solution is being quickly followed with OneLynk Office, an offering that speaks to the growing trend of small- and mid-sized businesses that focus on flexibility, both in terms of workplace location and their workforce. The OneLynk platform is well-suited for businesses with dispersed employees and outsourced gig economy workers that include consultants and subcontracted service providers. This was the perfect match for Mindspace, a global coworking provider that recently entered the U.S. market in August with its D.C. space opening. Their coworking spaces will be the first early adopters to experience OneLynk Office as one of the many member benefits.

Ron Lewis, AtWork’s founder and CEO will be presenting Tuesday, Sept. 25, on the topic: Meeting the Challenges of Hiring Service Providers and Gig Economy Professionals. In regards to the partnership, he stated:

"OneLynk allows organizations to leverage the growing trend of using outsourced service providers and gig economy workers to augment full-time staff. This is critical to early stage organizations. Navigating through the variety of options for identifying and bringing onboard qualified and vetted professionals can be a challenge. OneLynk allows its users to seamlessly integrate with a business' operations to maximize their productivity, visibility and performance."

Mindspace’s Washington DC Members will have access to OneLynk Office, an affordable subscription-based office suite that supports HR, accounting, time and expense and payroll in a single integrated package and, if needed, can easily add modules to include contract and project management, vendor management and procurement as their needs grow. AtWork’s Herndon Virginia headquarters will be a great benefit to Mindspace’s members, encouraging face to face interaction with support and development staff eager to respond to their feedback.

AtWork will additionally be participating Wednesday, Sept. 26 as a 2018 WeDC Innovation Marketplace Exhibitor. This event is a joint collaboration with DC Startup week.
