About Attorney Ian J. Barlow
As a California attorney, Ian J. Barlow focuses his practice on complex litigation, including class actions and mass torts. His primary areas of practice include product liability, fraud, whistleblower cases, and wage and hour claims. However, his experience in both state and federal courts allows him to litigate a wide variety of cases. In the past, he has used his experience to obtain significant recoveries in lawsuits against major national and multi-national corporations.
Ian also represents individuals, public entities, and businesses in a variety of disputes. He handles each case with a dedication to personal service.
Before joining Kershaw, Cook & Talley, Ian clerked at several civil rights law firms and also worked as a judicial extern in the Central District of California. He graduated from the UCLA School of Law after obtaining a degree in Rhetoric and Political Science from the University of California, Berkley and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Luskin School of Public Affairs, UCLA.
