Aspire Homes to Open Second California Office

Palm Springs, CA, June 13, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Aspire Homes, LLC. President & CEO Daniel N. Bailey announced that the custom home building firm will be opening its second California office in El Dorado Hills later this summer.

This past April, Bailey announced that his firm had acquired 26 acres of land in Hanford, California, for development of a 68-tract new home development along with a 268-luxury-apartment home development. Hanford, California, is located 35 miles south of Fresno, California.

Bailey stated that he has recently been searching sites in the El Dorado Hills area for both new tract housing and luxury apartment home developments.

“The El Dorado Hills area is one of the fastest-growing markets in the state. There are some outstanding Master Planning developers that have pulled together highly desirable parcels of land for future development,” Bailey said.

Bailey added that there was no specific timetable in place as to when land in the El Dorado Hills area would be under contract.
