Asidua Online Technology Helps BT Reduce Complexity For Enterprise Customers
Online, April 11, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Asidua today announced that it has signed a three-year contract extension with BT to continue to develop online customer service systems.
The contract builds on an existing two-year agreement and aims to help BT simplify the process used by its global enterprise customers to order networked IT services.
The contract extends Asidua's collaboration with BT's worldwide 'follow the sun' research and development community. The systems Asidua is helping to develop enable BT's global, multinational, blue chip customers to order complex network configurations for BT IP Connect services.
BT Connect is a portfolio of innovative network solutions that enable global enterprises to implement their business strategies worldwide. It connects enterprises' operations providing speed, availability, reach and network intelligence, helping boost applications performance while reducing costs.
