Approval Given to Ashiana Aangan Phase - 2 in Neemrana,Rajasthan.

Online, July 25, 2013 (Newswire.com) - The Government gives approval to Ashiana Housing Limited for 4 acres Of Land in Neemrana, Alwar (Rajasthan).Approval which was received was for conversion of Land {Non-Agricultural purpose} from UIT (Bhiwadi).

The location of the Land is just next to the phase-1 of Housing Project launched earlier by this same group Ashiana Housing Limited.

The Ashiana Housing Limited is going to make another Housing Project on this Land which will include flats of 2 bhk and 3 bhk with gross area of 4.35 Lakhs sq.feet.

After this news Shares of Ashiana Housing were trading at more about 3 %. The stock Marked Intra-day High of Rs.246 - Rs.240 low as compared to last trading in BSE @ Rs.241.70, the traded quantity also went up to 1150 in comparison of 710 ( 2 weeks average).
