"I can tell you that the main course is our amazing Filet Roulade," offers Liborio Osorio, Executive Chef. For those who are unfamiliar with Latin Fusion cuisine, this particular dish consists of tender steak stuffed with fresh spinach, mushrooms and Cotija cheese, topped with Raspberry Merlot sauce.
