AnswerFirst Communications Welcomes New Operations Manager

AnswerFirst Communications announces the acquisition of a new operation manager.

AnswerFirst Communications, an international telephone answering service and customer service company specializing in answering & messaging services, virtual receptionist and call center solutions, is pleased to welcome Lauren Sands to to the AnswerFirst team.

Lauren joins the AnswerFirst team as Operations Manager for the Tampa, FL operations center.

Lauren will be responsible for opening AnswerFirst's employment pool to work at home agents in the Tampa Bay area and developing web-based training so that AnswerFirst can hire and train agents to work from home throughout the United States. She will also be focused on creating an environment where employees will look forward to reporting to work and performing their job functions. Prior to joining AnswerFirst, Lauren gained more than 15 years of call center experience including work in quality assurance, customer service and 10 years in management in various aspects of the industry. According to Matt Herron, the President of AnswerFirst, "Lauren has the experience and vision that we were looking for in an operations manager and she makes a great addition to our team."
