Dr. Jill M. Patt , Owner and Medical Director of Little Critters Veterinary Hospital, has lived in the Valley of the Sun all her life and has been practicing Veterinary Medicine for the past 16 years. All details of Little Critters Veterinary hospital have been structured by Dr. Patt for owners who see pets as family and was built from the ground up with pet care as the most important goal. She designed the hospital with calming natural finishes and kept the pet’s comfort in mind at all times. Our exam rooms have dog beds, and we are a cat-friendly practice with a dedicated cat exam room containing a cat tree & cat hide to create a feeling of security. She has also incorporated a comfort room to allow family to say goodbye to a beloved pet at their leisure in a calm and comfortable environment.
All equipment was acquired after extensive research by Dr. Patt to ensure the best diagnostic care for all types of pets. Little Critters Veterinary Hospital has a full in house laboratory suite, digital dental radiographs and digital whole body radiography. Our extensive anesthetic monitoring and warming devices and open floor plan allow for direct monitoring of all patients at all times.
In addition to a high-tech facility, our team was hand selected by Dr. Patt to incorporate team members who are highly skilled and experienced and who always remember to keep pet care and comfort as their primary goals.
Our hospital is unique in that it has a Community Sponsorship program. Owners sponsor a wall tile and submit their pet’s photo. The photo is edited to fit a stunning wall tile and then placed on our Celebration Wall, which will be an entire wall of photo tile memories. Sponsorship involves the community in our hospital’s success and allows the hospital to keep the most modern equipment and facilities for advanced pet care. A donation will be made to Animal Doctors to the RESCUE when the Community Sponsorship goal is met. Dr. Patt along with Dr. Swisher and Susan Stone-Wiggins founded this non-profit to provide care for sick and injured homeless pets. We are working to extend our network to other hospitals and veterinarians so that animals who have no human to look out for them will have us.
In our efforts to provide the best possible pet care as well as accessibility to pet owners, we have developed a Free Pet Vaccines for Life program. Owners pay a small, one time membership fee that is currently offered at a special opening rate of $45.00 and then as long as the pet is seen and examined at our hospital yearly, all core vaccines are free for the rest of that pet’s life.
We are also a member of United Pet Care and Local First Arizona.
