Animation Dance Association Announces the Commencement of Season 3

Animation Dance Association (ADA Sport) is a new global competition in which teams of animators compete for global exposure and cash prizes

(LOS ANGELES, CA)-ADA Sport has recently announced that following the success of the first two seasons of their animation contests, season 3 is now underway. Since 2009 the Animation Dance Association (ADA) has held this competition pairing professional animators from around the world against each other as they compete for global exposure and cash prizes.

Each season lasts for a month and consists of 8 teams of animators who combine their talent and creativity to put together 20-90 second video animation clips using a variety of dancing objects and themes-everything from current events to politics to sports.

"Since the launch of our first season we have received great feedback from around the world complimenting our animators as well as our concept, so we've decided to push forward with the third season to give our fans what they want," says Alexander Vasilkin, founder of ADA Sport. "Not only are the clips fun and entertaining for fans to share worldwide, but we are helping promote up-and-coming animators by giving them a chance to showcase their talents."

The competition between animators is nonstop as it takes place seven days a week so the content is always fresh and exciting for audiences to enjoy. Viewers can vote at any time during the competition by simply choosing their favorite animation clip, and all votes are tallied and announced on a daily basis.

"The reason for the continued growth of our competitions is due to our vast target audience," says Alexander. "We don't specifically reach out to a certain age group, but rather appeal to everyone on a global base, regardless of age, sex or creed."

In the inaugural season of ADA's animation competition, the Kings defeated the Cowboys with their clip "Dog Day Afternoon" in the finals to secure the $10,000 prize and also the respect of their fellow competitors. In the second season the ADA added three expansion teams to the lineup due to the growing popularity of the competition, and upped the winnings to $15,000, which was captured by The Cardinals in the finals.

"Animation is becoming one of the biggest phenomenons in the entertainment industry today, and people don't realize it goes beyond what they see in theaters," says Alexander. "We have recognized the potential and are taking advantage of the huge opportunities within this new digital sport."
