An Evening at the Palace Supports UCP of Central Florida

Freeman, the world's leading provider of integrated services for face-to-face marketing events including expositions, conventions, corporate events and exhibits, is this year's recipient of the Jack Holloway Star of Gratitude Award.

What: UCP of Central Florida hosts An Evening at the Palace, UCP's 18th Annual Gala. This event includes a four-course gourmet meal, silent and live auctions, entertainment, as well as honoring the following community and business leaders for their unending support of UCP of Central Florida.

Freeman, the world's leading provider of integrated services for face-to-face marketing events including expositions, conventions, corporate events and exhibits, is this year's recipient of the Jack Holloway Star of Gratitude Award. The award is named after Jack Holloway, founder of ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, for his life's work as an entrepreneur and philanthropist of many worthwhile causes including UCP of Central Florida. Honorees who receive the Star of Gratitude Award have demonstrated, through their community and philanthropic efforts, a commitment to continuing the legacy of a man whose love of serving children with disabilities was as large as his dreams.

Jackie Bailes Legacy Award
Ed Bookbinder and John White of Visual Impact Communications, a full-service production company, are the third recipients of the Jackie Bailes Legacy Award. The award is named after a special individual whose love and guidance has helped UCP children and families build a better life, to feel respected in the goals they set to achieve and to realize they are an important part of our community.

When: Saturday, February 26, 2011 from 5:30 - 10:00 p.m.

Where: Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa; 1900 Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830

Cost and Attire: Tickets are $250 a seat; tables of 10 are available starting at $2,500; and dress is black-tie optional.

Why: All proceeds benefit support, education and therapy programs provided by UCP of Central Florida for children with and without special needs.
