America's Authority on All Things Ninja Comes to Newbury Park
Online, March 4, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Newbury Park Martial Arts Center will host a seminar on April 12 with Stephen K. Hayes- one of the 10 most influential martial artists in the world (according to Black Belt Magazine), Black Belt Hall of Fame member, former security detail for the Dalia Lama and author of over 20 books. The weekend theme will be disappearing in the face of danger, and ridding oneself of self-imposed limitations.
Newbury Park Martial Arts Center kids off the weekend with a seminar open to the public on Friday. Stephen K. Hayes will be sharing the personal empowerment secrets for getting rid of lack in your life. More than just "feel good rhetoric", these "magic powers" are learned and passed down through authorized teachers.
The weekend will continue on Saturday and Sunday with physical training in the ninja art- focusing on disappearing in the face of danger. Perceived limitations regarding size and strength to defend oneself will be explored. This ninja philosophy will share with participants another way of self-defense, besides the "muscle and speed" technology of most martial arts.
