Synthetic Oil Manufacturer Expands Product Offerings Through Strategic Acquisition
Medina, OH, October 3, 2016 (Newswire.com) - American Synthol Inc. (Medina, OH), a leading synthetic lubricant manufacturer since 1983, has acquired Travis Oil LLC (Skippack, PA). Travis Oil LLC is a research and development company that focuses on the synthetic oil sector. The terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
The acquisition expands American Synthol's product line for the industrial compressor market as well as adding advanced technology lubricant formulas for the food grade and automotive markets.
