Alopek Incorporated maker of GPS Solutions inks new Distribution Partnership

Online, April 19, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Alopek Inc.,a global designer of GPS tracking devices, has today announced it has signed a North American master partnership agreement with U-Tracking International America (U.T.I.) to develop the distribution channel for its official satellite tracking devices and accessories line.
U.T.I.'s expertise in logistics and distribution management will help improve the availability of Alopek key accessories and the speed in which they can be ordered and delivered, while reducing minimum order quantities. The new agreement will help existing distribution partners across North America better meet the needs of their clients and end-users.

The deal will establish UTI as the master distribution partner of Alopek products and accessories in North America with products such as the A1Trax and the i-Guard and the newly launched T-HD2. The partnership will commence in Q1 2010.
