Regarded as one of the most comprehensive resources of customer feedback, the annual Smart Investor SMILES (Smart Investor League of Exceptional Service) Survey extensively canvasses consumer opinions on major product providers in relation to value for money, reasonable fees and charges, customer service and product features and benefits.
ahm Health Insurance was voted the best health insurer with an overall satisfaction rating of 73.3% per cent. Areas in which ahm excelled included the professionalism and knowledge of staff, ease and convenience of dealing with ahm as well as value for money products.
This comes hot on the heels of the company achieving this year's highest Net Promoters Score ahead of its competitors. Net Promoters is an internationally recognised customer loyalty measure that asks people how likely it is that they would recommend certain companies to other people.
ahm Divisional General Manager Franca Venetico said the Smart Investor SMILES award was wonderful recognition of the outstanding customer service culture of all ahm staff.
