Advisors Assistant Adds Vonage Business Solutions Auto Dialer

Click the mouse and dial the phone from inside Advisors Assistant. This new enhancement not only saves time and improves accuracy, but it date and time stamps the call with the user's name and keeps track of how long the call took.

Client Marketing Systems, Inc., parent company of the highly popular CRM program - Advisors Assistant® - is pleased to announce its Voice Over IP (VOIP) dialing integration with Vonage Business Solutions, previously known as Vocalocity. This allows Advisors Assistant users who subscribe to the Vonage Business Solutions phone service to dial any phone number stored in Advisors Assistant.

"We wanted a quick and easy way to both dial the phone and make notes in our clients' records. With just a couple mouse clicks, the phone gets dialed and you're ready to start typing notes into the contact's record."

It also encourages the user to make notes about the call by putting a note form right on the screen after dialing the phone. Notes become part of the phone call workflow.
