Adamant Launches Double-Wall Alloy X5 Mountain Bike

Outdoor gear company Adamant has announced the debut of their newest bike, the Double-Wall Alloy X5 Mountain Bike. The alloy-frame mountain monster is ready to hit the trail running, a company representative said today.

Mountains, beware.

“Get ready to tear up the trails,” the representative said. “We’ve designed this bike to handle the best and worst conditions you’ll find on the mountain. It’s tough, mean and powerful.”

"Adamant has always been focused on the average outdoor enthusiast who wants to hit the trail with quality, durable gear,"

Adamant said the key to their bike’s durability and versatility are its light weight, stubborn alloy frame and the combination of components specially selected for the X5. The alloy frame was chosen for its durability and value, offering riders a formidable alternative to far more expensive carbon fiber frames.

“Adamant has always been focused on the average outdoor enthusiast who wants to hit the trail with quality, durable gear,” the representative said.

In addition to the alloy frame, the X5 features a Mozo suspension fork that provides a comfortable ride that’s not too spongy and not too firm. The fork manufacturer is a favorite among users on popular mountain bike site MTBR. The site’s expert community gives Mozo’s various suspension forks nearly 4.5 stars out of 5.

The Adamant Alloy X5 Mountain Bike also boasts a Shimano 24-speed TX-800 drive train, the industry standard for beginning and intermediate riders who are hitting the trail for the first time or for the hundredth time.

Shimano is the industry’s most trusted drive-train brand, so utilizing their TX-800 for our line of mountain bikes was an easy choice,” Adamant’s representatives said.

A pair of Kenda tires provide reliable grip as the X5 rockets down trails. Popular bike site Single Track praised Kenda’s mountain bike tires, calling one of their models “a mountain bike mainstay for many years” and deeming their traction “unquestionably superb.”

The X5 also features Mozo mechanical disk brakes and 26” double-wall alloy rims.

“Our X5 is snappy and efficient on climbs and descents,” Adamant’s spokesperson said. “I think X5 owners are going to be blown away as they jump on their bike and head out to explore roads less traveled.”

The launch of the X5 comes during a busy time for Adamant, who also announced today the debut of their Double-Wall Alloy A1 Racing Bike.

Earlier today, Adamant gave insight into the pair of new bikes, saying they felt that offering outdoor enthusiasts a line of quality, durable bikes was “essential for an outdoors company who wants to give its customers a comprehensive outdoor experience.”

The bikes come in the wake of Adamant’s recent launch of their X-Core Waterproof Dry Bag Backpacks, a series of seamless multi-colored packs built for the toughest of conditions.

The company also has plans to release their own line of hiking boots as well as a heart-rate sensor. The Double-Wall Alloy X5 Mountain Bike is available for purchase on the Adamant website,
