Adverse Action Advantage™ provides complete Adverse Action fulfillment, managed entirely by the Accutrace compliance team.
The class action settlement of $5.9 million against a major transit company in the summer of 2011 clearly demonstrates how willful non-compliance can be financially devastating to an organization. The plaintiffs in the lawsuit leveled charges against the employer because it did not provide appropriate disclosures to job applicants before pre-employment screening, and for not following the mandated "adverse action process" as required by the FCRA.
