A New Start for MSA AIRCRAFT Window Shades

Fort Pierce, Florida, January 4, 2016 (Newswire.com) - AERO SHADE TECHNOLOGIES, INC., of Fort Pierce, Florida, has acquired all of the assets and intellectual property of bankrupt MSA AIRCRAFT PRODUCTS, INC.

AERO SHADE TECHNOLOGIES started in business in late 1987 in California.  They have become the world leader in sun protection and light control products for cockpits of general and commercial aviation, with a broad range of products, which include sunshades and sun visors for the flight deck and manual or motorized cabin window shades for the aircraft cabin.

MSA was the premier builder of custom window shade assemblies for the worldwide corporate, VIP and VVIP aircraft industry with a storied 28-year history.  They were the first in the industry, and they developed window shade assemblies for virtually all types of aircraft, from the small to the extremely large, including Boeing 747, 777, 737, Airbus 318/319, Bombardier Global and Challenger business jets, Gulfstream G200, G400, and G500, Dassault Falcons, and more.

MSA AIRCRAFT will be operated as a separate division of AERO SHADE TECHNOLOGIS at the Ft. Pierce facility.  The former Operations Manager of MSA, Mr. Joe Pedrotti, will head the new division.  Other important key personnel are also expected to join in the coming months.  It is expected that the new division will be open for business in the later part of January 2016.
