5 Avamere Facilities Earn 5-Star Rating
WILSONVILLE, Ore., February 4, 2021 (Newswire.com) - Five Avamere skilled nursing facilities in Oregon and Washington earned 5-star ratings from Medicare, the highest possible score. The 5-star locations include: Avamere Olympic Rehabilitation of Sequim, Avamere Rehabilitation of Clackamas, Avamere Rehabilitation of Eugene, Avamere Rehabilitation of Hillsboro, and Avamere Rehabilitation of Newport.
The 5-star quality rating is based on a nursing home's performance on three sources: health inspections, staffing, and quality of resident care measures. As part of the outstanding results, all five Avamere communities earned five stars for quality of resident care.
