Houston, Texas, December 23, 2015 (Newswire.com) - - On January 3rd, tens of thousands of people in over 100 countries will come together to run a healing process that is sweeping the globe called the Access Bars.
This will be the third consecutive year the Global Access Bars Day has taken place with countries from Australia to Germany, Japan, India, Poland and the United States all tuning in to a free live 14 hour broadcast at global access days (dot) com
The Access Bars is a set of 32 points on the head which when lightly touched create ease in all different areas of your life. After a session of Access Bars people often experience greater mental clarity, motivation, significant increase in joy and happiness, deeper relaxation and non-interrupted sleep and improved manageability of depressive and anxious tendencies.
Access Bars® utilizes pressure points on the head to defragment the electro-magnetic components of stress, thought and emotions and has brought relief to thousands internationally. The technique has been in practise for the last 25 years, but was only performed on this huge international scale for the first time in 2014.
Created by Gary Douglas over 25 years ago, he says “ The Bars increases coherence, which creates a sense of oneness with the Universe, a sense of gratitude, a sense of joy and a sense of connection with everything. And a sense of peace.”
The tele-conference hub will stream live in Santa Barbara at 6AM PST (9PM EST) and participants can anticipate the following:
· Forum will be streamed live for 14 hours
· Hundreds of dollars’ worth of classes offered for free
· Documentaries on the technique will be live streamed
· Live crosses to over 20 hubs that will be set up in various countries.
· Enjoy the whole event – you will not fall asleep!

Douglas says “ The widespread goal of Access Consciousness is to create a world of consciousness and oneness. During this 3rd Annual Global Access Bars Day, our hope and goal is to bring a sense of peace across the earth and with the people we love in particular,” shares Douglas.
A Bars session usually lasts for 60 – 90 minutes and is a process you can undertake as a one-off, monthly, weekly or daily experience. It is used in prisons, businesses and schools around the world to facilitate greater health and wellbeing.
