This milestone represents a 10X increase in Greater Boston home closings from team leader, Dakota Riley's, first year in real estate.
BRAINTREE, Mass., March 29, 2021 (Newswire.com) - The Depend on Dakota Team today announced its organization closed 30 homes within the first 3 months of 2021 (1/1/2021 - 3/24/2021 closings). This milestone is a major move for the South Shore, Massachusetts real estate team on its mission to support buyers and sellers with trusted real estate support.

In fact, Dakota recalls her first year as a realtor when she only closed 8 homes. At that time, her goal was to close 15 the following year. Fast forward to 2021, and Dakota has assembled a world-class team able to help 30 buyers and sellers make the move in a matter of just a few months.
