Loadsmart, Inc. signs lease for 34,070 RSF, making Chicago its new HQ
CHICAGO, October 7, 2021 (Newswire.com) - Today, Loadsmart, Inc (Loadsmart), a fast-growing digital freight broker, announced the company is moving their HQ from New York to Chicago, occupying 34,070 RSF on the 14th floor of Brookfield Properties' newly redeveloped 175 West Jackson building in the West Loop. This new lease was facilitated by Chicago real estate firm, The Telos Group, LLC (Telos).

One of the original large floorplate office buildings, 175 West Jackson boasts a highly desirable West Loop location near several "EL" stations, is walking distance from Union Station and is directly off the highway for easy access for daily drivers. It recently underwent a large-scale repositioning to provide tenants with modern progressive space and must-have amenities. The building now features penthouse-level amenities, including a brand-new rooftop terrace, tenant lounge, conferencing facilities, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. 175 West Jackson also has two internal light atriums, providing an ample amount of sunlight throughout the entire floorplate for improved productivity.
