Taught by nationally certified fitness instructor Wes Ferguson, this exciting fitness class is held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 P.M. - 7 P.M. in Suite 109. Participants will use weights, resistance bands and wooden battle swords to increase strength, balance, and endurance.
