London Business Angels Top Investor Network in the UK for First Half of 2013
London Business Angel's (LBA) have had recent success at the Investor AllStars Awards where it was awarded UK Private Investor Network of the year for 2013.
Online, November 12, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Following London Business Angel's (LBA) recent success at the Investor AllStars Awards where it was awarded UK Private Investor Network of the year for 2013, a recent report by the independent data and research organisation, UKFunders, indicated that LBA was the most active investor network/VC in the U.K, in the first half of 2013. In this period, LBA completed 9 Technology deals in a range of sectors from digital photography, to water leak detection and nasogastric feeding tubes.
The size of the deals ranged from £150k up to £2.1m. The companies to receive investment from LBA in the period were, Glopho;Isotera; Sphere Fluidics; Style on Screen; Stylechi; Sustainable Marine Energy; Syrinix; Trident Energy;Westco Medical
