April 28, 2014 (Newswire.com) - American consumption of sugar has exploded. In 1820, before milled sugar became widely available, the average American consumed only 20 pounds of sugar in a year. Instead eat fruit whole or add the whole fruit to a smoothie. Add some sugar-moderating veggies and proteins, and the sweetness in the fruit will go down even slower.
Thirdly, invite some good bacteria in.
