FSO Launches 2014 Goals with Clear Focus on Hospitality & Concierge Service

With concierge service being the model for 2014, Mitch commented, "FSO is going to have the best service ever imaginable. It is our competitive difference and what is going to propel our national expansion plans as we move forward."

Earlier this month, Mitch Weiner, Owner & Founder of FSO, hosted hundreds of Managers and Directors nationwide via WebEx and in-person to launch and inspire the company's strategic objectives for 2014.

The evening commenced with a heartfelt "thank you" from Mitch for the company's biggest, best and strongest year to date. The meeting continued with a clear focus on FSO's goals and objectives for 2014 and beyond.

With concierge service being the model for 2014, Mitch commented, "FSO is going to have the best service ever imaginable. It is our competitive difference and what is going to propel our national expansion plans as we move forward."

Having built his success on service, Mitch shared, "I believe in my heart that service across the board is not what it used to be." He added, "We are not creating anything new. Simply put, we want to take our service to the next level. It's not magic, rather a mentality and attitude that is expected of my staff." To conclude he remarked, "No pun intended, but I can see 2020 clearly and I want everyone to be inspired and excited."

To further motivate and drive FSO employees to deliver great service with a "skip in the step, twinkle in the eye, and fire in the belly," Kimberly Shephard, SVP of People Solutions (HR), announced the launch of new online trainings.

"My team is committed to delivering over 10,000 hours of training to all FSO field employees," noted Kim. She went on to add, "These crucial offerings are what make FSO's people different from any of our competitors, and we will continue to enhance and develop tools like these to help our staff become even more effective leaders."

The evening's guest speaker featured Bomsi Billimoria, Managing Director & Process Transformation for FSO client Societe Generale. Tying back to the meeting's theme, Bomsi reminded the audience, "What got me excited about FSO was your Personal, Passionate, Productive culture." He added, "I believe that if you are passionate about what you do, you will get where you need to be."

The evening concluded with the roll-out of FSO's new Awards & Recognition Program for 2014. Top performers will be honored each month for their exceptional service delivery and passionate attitudes.
