Four of the winners were Vision Internet clients - the City of North Port, FL; the City of Lynchburg, VA; the City of Carson City, NV; and the City of Simi Valley, CA.
This was the 10th annual survey conducted by the Center for Digital Government (CDG) and Government Technology (GovTech). The survey measures and assesses the use of information technology by local governments. Cities are judged on the overall efficiency of technology-based projects such as the creation and maintenance of interactive city websites.
