Edinburgh Digital Agency Re-brands to Crush
Crush, one of Edinburgh's leading digital design agencies, has become the latest in a swathe of Scottish companies to re-brand during the double-dip recession.
Online, October 21, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Crush, a digital design and marketing agency based in Leith, finally waved goodbye to Work Interactive -after more than ten years trading under its former name. A new website has been developed by the all in-house team, to complement the new name and re-focus their dedication to all things digital.
Of the re-brand, Rafael Cueto, company director says; 'The time was right for us to move away from the old image. With a rapidly expanding team and greater diversity in what we offer, Crush better expresses what we do and has increased our drive to embrace the web and the endless possibilities it offers.' Earlier this year, Crush achieved Google Adwords Certified Partner status - held by just two other agencies in Edinburgh - encouraging the company to re-define its services.
Existing clients, Rafael says, need not fear the change; 'our clients remain, as always, the most important part of our company, and will continue to receive first class service from the same enthusiastic team as before.' It would appear the re-brand is already something of a success, with four sites already launched under the new name and several new clients on the books.
And they haven't stopped there. Not content to rest on their laurels, Crush are perfecting a variety of tools, which will help their clients make the most of the web and can be used as stand-alone products. Custom built content management systems, bespoke email marketing systems and a unique platform connecting bloggers and advertisers are just a few of tools currently under development. Rafael hopes to take on several more staff within the next year, defying talk amongst economists of a double-dip recession.
Crush is not the only Edinburgh based company to have re-branded this year. Tsuko rebranded the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo earlier in the year before the famous August event; more recently the Lothian buses have been given a new colour scheme and historical nicknames. Like both these other businesses, Crush is using the re-brand to re-affirm its position in the industry as one of the best Scottish digital design and marketing agencies.
