The program, leaded by the Director for Latin America, will be offered on January 2013 in Bogotá, Colombia. Marma points are 107 energetic body points that allow access to the body, mind and consciousness.

Ayurveda is considered to be the medicinal side to Yoga. It literally means "the knowledge of life". Ayurvedic medicine teaches us how to live harmoniously with our environment and our bodies. Like Yoga, Ayurveda is a holistic science that promotes well-being at the level of the body, mind and spirit. It teaches us that disease is the end result of the lack of harmony in our daily lives. Through a variety of natural techniques, including herbal medicines, panchakarma , and lifestyle counseling, balance and health is restored sustainably.

During the six day program, students will learn the 107 marma point (puntos marma)locations and explore basic marma techniques. The program is open to students who have completed the Ayurvedic Foundations introduction program (Curso de Fundamentos de Ayurveda).
