AISECT Honoured with the Fifth Annual Inc. India 500 Award as One of India's Fastest Growing Mid-sized Companies
India's leading skills and ICT based education, services and e-governance provider, AISECT has been honored as one of India's fastest growing mid-sized companies at the prestigious Fifth Annual Inc. India 500 Award.
Online, April 17, 2014 (Newswire.com) - This award is Inc. India magazine's annual flagship event that brings the nation's brightest and most successful business minds together to mark the commendable achievements of the companies listed in the magazine's annual rankings of 'Top 500 Fastest Growing Mid-Sized Companies of India'. AISECT, which is headquartered in Bhopal, was ranked 27 in the 2013 edition of the list. The award, which was announced during a ceremony held at Gurgaon's Pullman Hotel, was handed over to AISECT's Director (Business Services), Mr. Abhishek Pandit by Mr. Vinod Rai, Former Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
Inc. India 500 Award is an offshoot of the annual Inc. 500 Award which is among the most revered business rankings of America. AISECT has received this award for the tremendous growth and expansion that the organization has seen over the last few years while working towards the empowerment of semi-urban and rural India through ICT and skills-based products and services. Ever since AISECT's origin in 1985, the organisation has been actively involved in offering ICT and skill based education and training at district, block and panchayat levels and has brought a remarkable transformation in the lives of more than 16 lakh people so far. From education academies to skill development and capacity building projects to common service centres and banking services to rural job placements, vocational education and higher education institutions, AISECT Group works in quite a number of areas to uplift the rural and semi-urban masses.
