Ayurveda is considered to be the medicinal side to Yoga. It literally means "the knowledge of life". Ayurvedic medicine teaches us how to live harmoniously with our environment and our bodies. During the five-day, forty hour program, students will review the 107 marma point locations and review the basic marma techniques and then go deeper into working with prana. Students will work with energy and practice additional protocols for managing the flow of prana into the female reproductive system, liver /spleen, heart and other systems of the body.
The advanced program is open to students who have completed the Ayurvedic Foundations and introduction to clinical marma therapy.
