Online, December 22, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Every nursing team is something special to its community. Why not put your story into words and send it to the ADVANCE for Nurses Best Nursing Team Contest? The best of the best will win some fantastic prizes, all which recognize your team's greatness.
To enter the contest, all you have to do is write an essay of 1,000 words or less about your team. Pick one of these themes to focus on: adaptability, initiative, expertise or outreach. Past submissions have included stories about community outreach programs, changes to facilities that improved patient care, teams expanding their knowledge that could enhance their work and more.
The team with the best story will receive a commemorative plaque and a team celebration-and that's just the beginning! They'll also be the feature story during National Nurses Week, which includes your team picture of the cover of the magazine. They'll also receive some special surprise gifts.
All submissions must be entered by January 1, 2011.
