BOST Benefits Corporation has established a new business entity which will will provide an important layer of support to its clients.
North Charleston, SC , April 20, 2015 (Newswire.com) - BOST Benefits Corp. (BBC) has established a new business unit that refines its service to its clients and their employees. The new company, BOST Integrated Solutions (BIS), is the consolidation of call center enrollment services that were previously handled by BOST field offices throughout the country. George Williams, current Vice President of Business Development at BBC, will serve as company president.
By combining call center services, BIS will provide an important layer of support to its clients - technology firms, exchanges, brokers and companies - that need assistance in communicating benefits to their employees. These employees are able to learn about their benefits through BOST in a user-friendly manner via online chat, voice, text and email. BIS also produces digital broadcasts and videos to better connect with employees about their benefits.
