Ten Acre - Making a Crunch at Anuga!

Premium British snack brand Ten Acre have much to shout about at Anuga! New flavours for their hand cooked crisps and premium popcorn ranges, and bigger bags for sharing. They will be showcasing all their latest products - which come with unrivalled 'Free From Plus' credentials - on Stand F061 in Hall 10.2 at Anuga, Cologne, on October 10th - 14th.

A festival of new flavours

Two new flavours of hand cooked crisps

Tony Goodman, CEO at Yumsh Snacks, said: "Ten Acre is the perfect choice for retailers, food service operators and caterers, looking for great tasting, premium quality snacks - with unrivalled free from credentials. Importantly our snacks tick all the free from boxes - they are gluten, dairy and msg free, as well as vegan, halal and kosher. The free from category is booming, not just here in the UK, but across Europe and beyond - and this growth, and the demand for free from products, will continue. "Our customers have been asking for more - and so we will now be launching four new flavours and 135g sharing bags of Ten Acre crisps. This was an important next step for us as we are passionate about flavour innovation, and we recognise that the Big Night In market continues to grow. "We are looking forward to showcasing all of our products, including the latest additions, at Anuga, which is an important international business platform for our developing brand, and for the free from category as a whole."

Two new varieties of premium popcorn

Yumsh Snacks, the creators of Ten Acre, are expanding their range of delicious British snacks to include two new flavours of hand cooked crisps and two new varieties of premium popcorn. They will be introducing crisps - Pastrami in the Rye and When the Pepper Crack'd - and popcorn - Lucia Popperley's Cappuccino and Cousin Penelope's Strawberry & Cream at the show.

 We're even bigger!

Staying in is the new going out - so to cater for the growth in The Big Night In market, Ten Acre's hand cooked crisps are now available in bigger bags. As well as the original 40g packet and a 20g mini bag, Yumsh Snacks are introducing new 135g sharing bags for all of their ten crisp flavours - including the two latest additions. More crisps, more crunch - more fun!

Award winning snacks

Ten Acre were thrilled to walk away with four winners after entering the prestigious Great Taste awards - for the very first time in 2015. Ambrose Popperley's Wasabi Popcorn - described by the judges as 'absolutely moreish' - led the way scooping two coveted stars. Aunty Winifred's Sweet & Salty Popcorn, The Day Sweet & Sour Became Friends crisps and When Hickory Got BBQ'D crisps collected one star each. Ten Acre's How Chicken Soup Saved the Day hand cooked crisps have also been announced as a finalist in The Grocer New Product Awards 2015.

Why we are so special

Ten Acre crisps and popcorn not only taste great, they also have the extra bite of their unrivalled "Free From Plus" credentials; gluten, dairy and MSG free, vegan, halal and kosher. The hand cooked crisps are made using British potatoes, and all Ten Acre snacks are made right here in the UK. They also come with quirky flavour names and an online village full of characters. Premium quality, unique snacks.

Ten Acre are also enjoying success internationally, as well as the UK. They have successfully launched in the USA where the free from market is enjoying huge growth, and they are developing business across Europe, the Middle East and the Far East.
