As part of the company's ongoing commitment to helping its branding specialists develop leadership skills, select team members from Prospect Solutions recently attended a leadership conference to gain industry-related knowledge.

As the Prospect Solutions team returned, Mike noted that they were quite enthusiastic about the lessons they learned. “They listened to several prominent executives describe the state of the industry and trends,” said Mike. “There were lots of motivational speakers and workshops as well covering key topics such as leadership skills, business development, and recruitment."

One thing that Mike suggested had the biggest impact on the team was the ability to network with colleagues from other regions. “A lot of what you learn from these conferences isn’t just from the formal presentations,” he said. “The best advice often comes from people who have tried techniques and discovered what worked or didn’t work for them. That’s where you gain the most innovative ideas.”
