Pastoral Installation of Dr. Medgar Reid at Baltimore-Based Abundant Faith Church

Lombard Street in Baltimore invites you to come celebrate and bless our beloved man of God as we install Pastor-Elect Rev. Dr. Medgar L. Reid – son of The Late Rev. Dr. Edgar L. Reid & Lady Christene C. Reid of The Gospel Tabernacle Baptist Church.
Dr. Robert E. Walker of Zion United Methodist Church will install Reid as pastor during a special service on Tuesday November 24, 2015 at 6:30 PM. This service will also mark Reid’s 20th anniversary of his ordination at Mount Hebron Baptist Church in Baltimore.
Minister Medgar was educated with The Jesuits at Loyola Blakefield. He received his Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College after serving as an Avionics Intelligence NC Officer in The United States Marine Corps. His Graduate education was at St. Mary's Theological Seminary. As a service-connected disabled veteran, he is a fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine and received an honorary Doctorate in Metaphysical Theology. He serves as Director of Spiritual Care with Keswick Multicare Center and leads Reid Memorial Community Ministries-Open Secret CC Movement as a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor on the board of directors with The Black Mental Health Alliance.
