This Monday (March 2nd), AirPair is announcing the launch of a new platform for collaborative writing called Social Authoring (https://www.airpair.com/100k-writing-competition). Aimed squarely at technical authors and their peers, Social Authoring is based on git and allows a reader to make edits, suggestions and improvements to blog posts through pull requests, making them living documents that can be being continuously updated. Posts can also be collaboratively written ahead of time.
