Joshua Higgins has been appointed the legal advisor of the Safety Alliance For Excellence (SAFE).

Higgins, an attorney in the Fort Lauderdale office of Kelley Kronenberg, has been appointed the legal advisor of the Safety Alliance For Excellence (SAFE). In this role, Mr. Higgins will advise the organization as well as its members on any and all legal matters pertaining to construction. He will also advise the group on developments in construction law.
Kelley Kronenberg, a nationwide full-service law firm based in Fort Lauderdale, has been involved with SAFE since its inception in 2012. The firm is a 2015 Titanium Sponsor and Charter Member of the organization.

Mr. Higgins focuses his practice on Workers’ Compensation, Police Professional Litigation , Correctional Healthcare , and Civil Rights Violations. Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, he worked as an Assistant State Attorney at the State Attorney’s Office, 17th Judicial Circuit.
Mr. Higgins earned his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his juris doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.
