Inside Out Media Names Travel Industry Veteran Vice President of Content Strategy and Business Development

Addition of new leadership to help online publishing company expand further into native advertising, influencer and content marketing.

Inside Out Media has announced that Robert Patterson, a 15-year veteran of the travel and tourism industry has been appointed Vice President of Content Strategy and Business Development.  In his new position, Patterson will be responsible for all content, influencer and social media strategy, implementation and business development.  He will report directly to Inside Out Media President, Harley Schachter.

Prior to joining Inside Out Media, Patterson was the Vice President of Content and Social Strategy at MMGY Global where he led marketing programs for top travel brands such as the Colorado Tourism Office, Marriott Resorts and Lufthansa. During his tenure at MMGY Global, Patterson’s content, social media and influencer marketing programs received numerous industry recognitions including Travel+Leisure’s SMITTY Award, HSMAI Adrian Awards and he was named to the Skift30 list of the travel industry’s top online marketers.
