Boston Kite Flying Event Celebrates New Beginnings and Wishes
A Boston-based non-traditional educational company is celebrating their first year with a kite-flying event. Guests can make their own kites, decorate and fly them for prizes.

GiantBug Education, which got its start in China, wants to invite everyone in Boston to celebrate their own new beginnings and their wishes for prosperity while enjoying beautiful spring weather in Boston.
GiantBug's Kite event will let participants design their own kite and decorate it with their hopes and dreams for the future and then let it soar. Traditional Chinese cultures believe this is one way to put your positive energies and wishes into the universe for fulfillment.

This event features three different competitions including: on-site designing where the best design wins an Apple Watch, a longest-flight competition where the person who keeps their kite in the air the longest wins an Apple Watch and three giantbug scavenger hunts where the winner who finds the most 'giant bugs' wins a FITBIT wristband. GiantBug Education will offer an on-site trained kite-flying professional to help those who need some practice before the main flying competition.
