ATS Reports on a Productive 2015 With the ATS One Trader Portal

London, January 29, 2016 (Newswire.com) - ATS are pleased to announce another successful year in the financial markets for 2015. Our software arm of the business continues to excel with an increase in referral based business of 12% over the past twelve months, mainly due to the results seen by our ATS One Trader clients. We have also already had a great response to the Day Trading Seminars planned to be held in early April at Company HQ.

The ATS One Trader Portal has just seen the release of version 2.57 and will be opening another limited offering to the public. On this note we also had a record 320 clients progress from the One Trader to the Day Trader System in 2015, with the volatile market conditions of recent times contributing to this successful  transition.

One of the main motivators in joining ATS, noted in a recent company survey of existing clients, was the poor performance of pensions. British savers have suffered bigger losses from their workplace pensions in the last decade than virtually every other nation in the developed world. The OECD said that returns on money invested by pension companies on behalf of savers fell every year between 2001 and 2010.  Every other developed country - with the exception of the US and Spain - saw an increase in the size of people's pension pots, including Chile, Portugal and Korea.

Pension companies in Britain invest a higher proportion of their money in stocks and shares rather than government bonds. The credit crunch and subsequent falls in the value of shares have exerted “major stress” on these private pension funds. As a result more and more people are looking to self-management of pensions as a means of battling this problem.
