DWG, an Atlanta-based supply chain enablement company that works to bring trading partners together through technology, announced today that Managing Director Andy Davies has been selected to speak at PIDX International's Annual Fall Conference.

Mr. Davies' presentation will focus on how Oil and Gas Operators can leverage not only eCommerce industry standards, but also supplier enablement best practices and program management expertise to ensure that these key initiatives meet the objectives of reduced procurement costs and increased supplier participation, while realizing the value available in supply chain data.

PIDX (Petroleum Industry Data Exchange) International hosts its annual conference to gather professionals primarily from the oil and gas industry and their trading community partners to facilitate discussion and showcase presentations by thought leaders on topics surrounding technology standards and electronic business. This year, PIDX has determined the theme to be "Global Adoption of eBusiness Standards" in an effort to focus on the importance of efficient processes when doing business on a global scale.

"PIDX's conference is a great opportunity and platform to spark discussions about utilizing a more effective enablement approach to maximize the adoption of technology standards across an organization's extended supply chain," said DWG Managing Director Andy Davies. "Incorporating industry best practices and proven enablement tactics will not only contribute to increased efficiencies internally, but also better business relationships with your trading partners."

The PIDX International Annual Fall Conference will be held in Houston on September 12-13, 2013. For more detailed information about attending, please visit www.pidx.org. For more information about DWG, please visit www.dwg-us.com.
