DWG Helps Infoblox Inc. Strengthen a Critical Manufacturing Relationship

While embarking on a project to strengthen relationships with its manufacturing partners, Infoblox found that it needed third-party expertise to help streamline its B2B interactions.

DWG, an Atlanta-based technology consulting company that works with supply chain communities to bring trading partners together through technology, announced today that it has successfully completed an extensive planning exercise to help Infoblox Inc. successfully structure interactions with one of its key contract manufacturers.

While embarking on a project to strengthen relationships with its manufacturing partners, Infoblox found that it needed third-party expertise to help streamline its B2B interactions.

Benny Kirsh, Infoblox CIO, said: "DWG helped us lay the groundwork for a successful implementation of B2B technology. They ensured that all the key Infoblox, contract manufacturer and B2B vendor stakeholders were involved throughout the planning activities so that the groundwork for a successful implementation was set up front.

Infoblox discovered DWG through the Certified Technology Program DWG created on behalf of the world's second largest international electronics contract manufacturer. DWG worked with Infoblox to help it sketch its desired future-state processes, set a project timeline, identify project risks and concerns, and plot the steps necessary to ensure a seamless and efficient implementation.

"We're in the business of enabling and empowering," explained Bill Woerner, President of Services and Operations at DWG. "We offer multiple project management options so that companies like Infoblox can get the exact guidance and support they need to be successful."
