Doug Marconnet and Robert Jansen, formerly with Mertz Associates, have completed the transition of Mertz's full-service M&A transaction business to Bridgewood Advisors Inc. The newly named firm conducts strategic acquisition searches, divests non-core divisions or product lines, and sells privately held businesses for clients in the middle market.
