Online, April 10, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Available from T-Mobile, the Blackberry Curve 9315 is pretty standard issue. It is small, measuring 4.29 by 2.36 by 0.5 inches, and weighs 3.66 ounces, making it very lightweight. The screen is 2.4 inches with 320x240 pixel resolution or 164 ppi. The resolution is poor, and the display fades out in bright sunlight, making it difficult to use outdoors. Blackberry prides itself on their keyboards and the 9315 is no different. The keys are spaced evenly and the keys have nice feedback when pressed, making it very easy to type quickly. To navigate the screen, there is an optical touchpad between the keys and the screen - if the user is used to a touch screen, the optical touchpad may be a bit of a learning curve. The Curve 9315 has OS 7.1, which is slightly outdated and diehard Blackberry users will probably hold out for OS 10. However, for those who are entry level users or light users, the OS 7.1 will do fine. Inside is an 800mHz processor with 512MB of RAM, which gives enough power for the general user. The call quality is great, both with the ear piece and the speakerphone.
