BestMassage, the international massage table and supplies warehouse, has accepted its fourth consecutive Better Business Bureau "Complaint-Free" Award for 2012.
February 13, 2013 (Newswire) - Every year the Better Business Bureau (BBB) grants the Complaint-Free Award to BBB-accredited companies that have had zero customer complaints over the previous calendar year. For the 2012 year, BestMassage was one of those companies. This marks the fourth year in a row that BestMassage has received this honor.

BestMassage has taken strides to improve its customer service in the last few years by providing training and incentives for its representatives. According to Buechler, customer service is of the utmost importance for BestMassage.
"Although we sell high-quality massage tables and massage supplies, we also want to be recognized as leaders in customer satisfaction. We are not just a place on the web to find inexpensive massage tables. We are a grass-roots company that treats its customers like family," said Buechler.
Buechler acknowledges that BestMassage's product quality is also a main reason the BBB has bestowed its Complaint-Free Award on BestMassage. She cites continued improvement of massage tables and massage supplies as one of BestMassage's highest goals.
"When we receive feedback on our products from our customers, we always take it into consideration and set out to improve our products if applicable," said Buechler. "We take each piece of constructive criticism seriously."
As BestMassage starts a new year, Buechler and the rest of the company are expecting another Better Business Bureau Complaint-Free Award for 2013.
