Yad Ezer La(Le)Chaver Dual Celebration: 25th Anniversary and Co Founder Simon Sabag's 50th Birthday

Yad Ezer La (le) Chaver is having a dual celebration! Yad Ezer is celebrating it's 25th anniversary and it also marks teh 50th birthday of co founder Simon Sabag

Yad La(LE) Chaver http://yadezer.org.il/ announces the celebration of it's 25th year anniversary and a co founders 50th birthday.

The celebration of 25 years of providing services to Holocaust survivors and helping the needy will be celbrated in conjunction with the co founder Simon Sabag's 50th birthday.

Yad La(Le)Chaver has been providing services since 2001. The initial goal was to provide housing to Holocaust Survivors who seem to be the most needy population in Israel.

Since then Yad Ezer has successfully been providing emergency help to the needy,including the creation of a prepared meal distribution service. 

Other services that Yad Ezer provides is housing to the homeless, on site access to a doctor and entist as well as social work services to not only Holocaust survivors but to the neediest of families and individuals in Haifa Israel. Amazingly this has been accomplished without actual aide from government in Israel.

Yad Ezer is making an appeal to the public to assisst with donations to help continue their goals for the future as well as continue to maintain current achievements as well.

The festivities are planned to start at 7 pm on October 29, 2015. The festivities will be held at Yad Ezer 6  Kassel Street Haifa Israel.

Yad Ezer has been awarded with great support from various religious and political leaders over the years. As well as their co founder Simon Sabag who handles most of the day to day operations.

With their new year starting Yad Ezer plans to increase their reach into the needy communities and provide help to students to include an after school homework and help service as well as providing a prepared meal for these students as well.

Yad Ezer is currently working with private donors and looking for additional donors to work with to expand their presence in the community.
