Wikileaf Announces Anticipated Listing Date on the Canadian Securities Exchange and Filing of Its Final Non-Offering Prospectus

Wikileaf Technologies Inc. (“Wikileaf” or the “Company”) (formerly Kona Capital Ltd.) is pleased to announce that it has filed its final long-form non-offering prospectus (the “Prospectus”) with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta. A copy of the Prospectus is available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.

Wikileaf is also pleased to announce that it has obtained conditional approval on September 9, 2019 from the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”) for the listing (the “Listing”) of its common shares under the ticker symbol “WIKI”. Assuming all conditions of Listing are satisfied, the common shares of Wikileaf are expected to commence for trading on the CSE on Sept. 25, 2019 or such other later date as may be determined by the Company.

The Company also announces that 13,696,000 subscription receipts of the Company (the “Subscription Receipts”), issued pursuant to its previously announced non-brokered private placement have converted automatically and without qualification by the Prospectus, on a one-for-one basis, into 13,696,000 common shares of the Company, following the satisfaction of the escrow release conditions. Following the satisfaction of the escrow release conditions, $5,709,950 escrowed funds are due to be released from escrow to the Company.
