Westside Christian Academy's "Master Class Series" Welcomes Keith Jenkins From World Data Corporation
Keith Jenkins, Business Development Manager at World Data Corporation in Lake Orion is a man with a strong history in IT. Recently, he visited Westside Christian Academy of Detroit to address the high school students regarding the opportunities and challenges of a lucrative career in technology.
DETROIT, October 12, 2017 (Newswire.com) - “It doesn’t matter who you are or where you came from,” Jenkins told the students, “technology is expanding and companies need trained people to cover the demand for a growing workforce.”
Jenkins, is also Professor Emeritus of Information Technology and Business at Judson University. His long and extensive background in IT made him qualified to speak about successful career paths in the fields of computer science and technology.

The students learned about the various career choices including: Information technology, computer engineering, computer science and information technology.

Jenkins joins a prestigious list of professional speakers, who have addressed the Westside high school students as part of their “Master Class Series.” The program focuses on careers in STEAM, (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math).
The “Master Class Series,” is held at the school on the last Thursday of every month.
Mr. Henry Wells III, Campus Principal and Head of Westside Christian Academy expressed the importance of the program stating, "It's crucial that our students are equipped with the skills they need to solve real-world problems.
